●Accounts payable/receivable specialist for thirty commercial investment properties & NFS Leasing Inc. Maintaining each real estate entities financial transactions in Quickbooks, collecting monthly rent payments, performing bank reconciliations.
● Manage, analyze and interpret tenant leases. Review recurring billings for the tenants in their portfolio and ensure they are billed correctly for charges per their lease. Paying monthly/quarterly/annual real estate taxes in a timely manner.
●Analyze and prepare tenant operating and real estate tax escalations for assigned properties’ monthly payment and annual true-up.
●Keeping track of all expenses/income for each property for quarterly Real Estate distributions to allocate the proportionate capital to specific investors. Performing cash requirements for each property to ensure all incoming expenses are paid in a timely manner.
